HCV檢測包括擴增單拷貝5'UTR RNA序列和測量熒光增加。HCV存在由FAM熒光團熒光生長指示。內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（IS）包含在PCR試劑盒中，控制整個診斷過程，即RNA提取效率，逆轉(zhuǎn)錄步驟效率（RNA轉(zhuǎn)錄成cDNA）和PCR擴增效率（PCR抑制）。在HEX熒光團熒光通道中檢測到IS陽性擴增。檢測試劑盒利用“熱啟動”技術(shù)，大限度地減少非特異性反應(yīng)并確保大靈敏度。該試劑盒專為體外診斷而設(shè)計，并提供定性和定量檢測。
