該方法包括使用等位基因特異性熒光團(tuán)標(biāo)記的探針擴(kuò)增和檢測靶序列。靶序列是位點(diǎn)20210（G20210A）中的單核苷酸鳥嘌呤/腺嘌呤多態(tài)性。在HEX熒光通道中的FAM熒光通道和突變等位基因（A20210A）中檢測到野生型等位基因（G20210G）的存在。在雜合基因型（G20210A）的情況下，在兩個(gè)通道中檢測到信號(hào)。檢測套件包含準(zhǔn)備使用MasterMix并利用“熱啟動(dòng)”技術(shù)，大限度地減少非特異性反應(yīng)并確保大靈敏度。Kit是專為體外診斷而設(shè)計(jì)的。
