2'-O-Me sensitive RT-KTQ DNA Polymerase Mutant

2'-O-Me 敏感的 RT-KTQ DNA 聚合酶突變體

對分析 DNA 或 RNA 修飾感興趣？然后，這種 DNA 聚合酶可以簡化您對此類修飾的位點特異性分析。對 2'- O -Me 敏感的 DNA 聚合酶進行了工程改造，可催化 DNA 和 RNA 的 DNA 合成，并通過實時 PCR 定量從 RNA 位點特異性地核苷酸的2'- O -甲基化。
