Forsite Diagnostics Ltd, trading as Abingdon Health, is a certified ISO13485 & ISO9001 contract manufacturer of lateral flow devices (LFD) for diagnostics. Our manufacturing capabilities are achieved by using advanced LFD automated manufacturing and assembly equipment housed in environmentally controlled labs – ensuring unrivalled consistency and quality. We are capable of delivering batches of tens of thousands up to millions of lateral flow immunoassays. We also have the ability to convert ELISA in to LFDs. 

Following many years of experience and using a stage by stage process our specialist team can develop and produce LFDs for the healthcare, veterinary and plant health sectors. 

Our worldwide customer base includes government regulatory authorities, global players in the medical, veterinary and agri-food sectors, and internationally-recognised diagnostic companies. 

We have launched the world’s first commercial service for follow-up molecular analysis from an LFD result. We can turn analogue LFD results into digital format with our advanced portable LFD reader to quantify LFD results. We manufacture and supply nucleic acid detector LFDs. These technologies are available for use with your own lateral flow products. 

In July 2012 a majority shareholding of Forsite was purchased by the Abingdon Health Group. An acquisition which has strengthen Forsite's position as a manufacturer of rapid diagnostic tests for the healthcare markets.
